Chorizo Pamplona Cheese Toast

Ingredients:

• Chorizo Pamplona, 100g
• Mozzarella Cheese - grated, 100g 
• Focaccia - cut into desired size, 1 whole

Procedure:

1. Assemble the toast by topping focaccia with Chorizo Pamplona and grated Mozzarella cheese. 
2. Toast in the oven for 3-5 mins or until the cheese is melted. Garnish with chopped parsley. Serve.
