Chorizo Bilbao Champinones Al Ajillo
- Chorizo Bilbao - chopped, 100g
- Mixed Mushrooms - sliced, 150g
- Garlic - crushed, 70g
- Olive Oil, 6T
- Thyme, 2g
- Garlic - minced, 2T
- Toasted Bread, 3-5pcs
- Salt and Pepper
- Sauté garlic in oil over medium high heat until slightly browned. Add sliced Chistorra, thyme and Mixed Mushrooms. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper, serve with toasted bread on the side.
