Chorizo Bilbao Champinones Al Ajillo

Ingredients:

  • Chorizo Bilbao - chopped, 100g 
  • Mixed Mushrooms - sliced, 150g 
  • Garlic - crushed, 70g 
  • Olive Oil, 6T 
  • Thyme, 2g 
  • Garlic - minced, 2T
  • Toasted Bread, 3-5pcs 
  • Salt and Pepper 

Procedure:

  1. Sauté garlic in oil over medium high heat until slightly browned. Add sliced Chistorra, thyme and Mixed Mushrooms. Sauté for another 3-5 minutes. 
  2. Season with salt and pepper, serve with toasted bread on the side.
